Thao Nguyen Memorial Scholarships are awarded annually to senior high school students at Loch Raven High School in Baltimore County, MD and college students at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. In 2021, we started a scholarship program for Towson University students. Click here to view a two minute video.
